4c blueberries 1/2 c coconut sugar zest of one lemon 1 T lemon juice dough 1 1/4 c of flour 1 c coconut sugar 1t baking soda dissolved in 1T vinegar 1 c milk 2T neutral oil Mix blueberries, sugar and lemon, let sit for a bit while starting coals. When dutch oven is hot, grease it and pour in battery. Spoon blueberry mixture into dough. Cover and cook for about 1/2 with 10-12 briquettes on the bottom and about 18 on top.
