In that case, they are missing four months of cell salts, not three. Several participants who were born prematurely have found that it's good to do all four. You'll want to combine the protocols for the two dates -- never more than three tablets of each, but all the cell salts listed for both dates. So, for example, if they were born on March 25 and should have been born in April 25, you would start with the former:

0°-10° Aries: Kali Phos. 2, Nat. Sulph. 3, Kali Mur. 3, Calc. Fluor. 1

And add the latter:

0°-10° Taurus: Nat. Sulph. 2, Kali Mur. 3, Calc. Fluor. 3, Mag. Phos. 1

And get:

Kali Phos. 2, Nat. Sulph. 3, Kali Mur. 3, Calc. Fluor. 3, Mag. Phos. 1

I was born 3 weeks premature, and I have found it (very) helpful to do the amount from my sign & degree, and then add the salts (and the amounts) from my due date sign / degree. So I’m taking five different salts in the max amount when all the necessary salts for both signs / degrees are added together.

Also, I did some divination when I started to see if I should just do the three (ish) days of the moon for my birth sign, or do the moon for the sign I’d have been born under for a full term delivery, or both. And it was quite clear that I needed to do the amount and salts for both times, but only during my actual birth sign moon.

This might change over time, and I might need to double check now that it’s been a year.

And your situation might differ.

But that was my experience fwiw.

That makes a great deal of sense to me. Thanks for the data point!
