+2 cups gluten free flour
+1/2 t xantham gum
+12 tablespoons lard cold
+1 t salt
+1 egg
+2-4 T water
+
+mix dry ingredients and cut in lard. add beaten egg with some ice cold water. mix with hands until dough is right.
