+Ingredients
+
+3 T sesame seeds
+250g kimchi
+2 T gochujang paste
+2 T soy sauce
+2 T rice vinegar
+2 T honey
+
+BUNS
+
+sesame oil
+2 cups coconut milk
+3 cups flour
+
+SLAW
+
+2 carrots
+4 spring onions
+2 fresh red chillies
+1 bok choi
+½ a Chinese cabbage
+2 limes
+1 teaspoon sesame oil
+½ a teaspoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder)
+
+Make marinade in blender: kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar and 2 tablespoons of the sesame seeds into a blender, and whiz until smooth. spread half on chicken, add T honey to the rest and puree again. set aside.

+Roast chicken.

+Make buns and steam 10 minutes until done.
