4 cups lemon juice
8 cups Champagne Vinegar
8 quarts Olive Oil
small batch

5/8 oz thyme
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup champagne vinegar
1/2 quart olive oil
add olive oil last. bruise thyme. let sit for two days
