Gluten Free Pancakes

1.5 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder or 2T sourdough starter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1.2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda mixed with 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup milk
1 T avocado oil


Instructions

Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and oil.
With a wire whisk, stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth.
