Ingredients
3 T sesame seeds
250g kimchi
2 T gochujang paste
2 T soy sauce
2 T rice vinegar
2 T honey
BUNS
sesame oil
2 cups coconut milk
3 cups flour
SLAW
2 carrots
4 spring onions
2 fresh red chillies
1 bok choi
½ a Chinese cabbage
2 limes
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ a teaspoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder)
Make marinade in blender: kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar and 2 tablespoons of the sesame seeds into a blender, and whiz until smooth. spread half on chicken, add T honey to the rest and puree again. set aside.
Roast chicken.
Make buns and steam 10 minutes until done.
Make slaw.
