Surly ECR bikepacking setup
Like the use of a waterproof 30L ish pack for the back, easy to carry off the bike for side adventures. Need to figure out a good dry back for this.
Also want the handlebar bag to be a shoulder bag. still working on that.
Then just stash the panniers.
