psql back up and restore

Backup:  

    $ pg_dump -U {user-name} -hlocalhost -d {source_db} > {dumpfilename.sql}

Restore: 
    
    $ psql -U {user-name} -hlocalhost -d {desintation_db} < {dumpfilename.sql}
