Workout

Goal: Full circuit using only body weight.

Warm up: 
10 cat vomit ab lifts
3 Sun salutations
2 full sun salutations

15 Min:
30 Jumping Jacks
20 body weight squats
20 push ups
15 myotatic crunches (requires pillow)
20 walking lunges
10 dumbbell rows (using available weight)
15 second plank

x3

Cool down:

2 full sun salutations

deep relax
