improve skills - diversify - work on skills / know how directly related to personal health and well-being

- create multiple income streams, and look for ways to build those outside the CBS

- use cash more often

- when possible buy in-store, and from a locally-owned business

- make sure I know my neighbors' names and if possible, have their contact info. Share mine with them. Try to get along with them as best as I can. (But avoid any neighbor discussion grioups / forums / apps -- these are unmoderated, gamed by algos, data is harvested)

- look for ways to be helpful to others (within reason, many caveats, this would be another post)

- look for ways to do things with and learn things from smart, creative, good-hearted people

TO AVOID OR MINIMIZE:

- people who use pronouns in their email or other signature-- it's a clear signal to me that they're all-in on the CBS game du jour, translation: they'll throw me (and other people who don't deserve it) under the bus if and when it's convenient for them to do so

- people who regularly watch TV & TV news

- drug addicts / alcoholics

- people who got themselves into financial trouble because of Obvious Irresponsability (includes gambling problems)

- people who mistreat their own family members and/or pets

- all debt at all costs

- anything that uses algos to game what I see and what others see that I post (that includes FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google)

- Big Pharma
